[MW:11443] Welding in Poland

Dear Experts,

Need you your Help.

One of our supplier has informed us that ''We cannot perform welding according to ASME because DNV Poland don't have accreditation for ASME''.

As per my knowledge UDT is-Office of Technical Inspection working as an Inspection Body, as the Notified Body and the Recognized Third Party Organization as the Certification Body.

Hence its a Inspection body only, my questions are as below,

Is my understanding about UDT is correct?

Can we do welding as per ASME in Poland?

What are the options to be considered If we need to do welding in Poland according to ASME.
