[MW:11481] DISHED ENDS HEAT TREATMENT

Dear All,
We did perform HT on our Dish ends (SS 316L, min thick 12mm) for our pressure vessels designed according to ASME VIII, Div 1 and NACE MR 0175.
The hardness values recorded by our supplier were between 24 and 38 HRC.Where the harndess limit stated by NACE MR 0175 Table A-2 is 22 HRC.

What can we do???
Is there any technical solution other than re-annealing???

Please share your ideas

Thanks
