How much is greater ?
 
How do you setup the cooling rate in Sysweld and how much you assumed the arc efficiency , What type of heat input model?
 
The above factors have dramtaic impact on the resulst.
 
I was simulated the Autogeneous TIG welding with sysweld2006, i have got as much as 16% variation from the mock up values.
