[MW:11509] Welder's approval as per JIS but WPS is as per SEC IX

Dear Group members,
 
Kindly let me know your views if welder can be accepted on JIS specification when WPS is qualified as per ASME Sec. IX. Can you prived me the applicable code which allow this.
