Mr Muni,

in my opinion if you want to Approve any PQR and WPQ acc. ASME with
3rd part (ASME allows you to approve PQR and WPQ by your own if you
don't have special requirements from your client ) best way to do this
is perform samples with Authorized ASME Inspector as witness. As I
know DNV in Poland don't have Authorized Inspector like TUV NORD,
Lloyd Register or TUV Rheinland.
For example on website of DNV Poland in category welders certification
you don't have ASME code mention.
