Fill the system with water, wait for 1 day and dump flush, in case of CS root rusty water will come out (experienced in the past after hydrotest)

Dear all,
 
  Could you please help us.
 
In our project, austenitic stainless steels welds, we have a doubt for some welds that may be welder used GTAW carbone steel filler metal in root pass.
 
We propose to use PMI inspection but we're not sure about result fiability (root CS + Cap/Filling SS).
