[MW:22637] Excel formula or software to calculate the amount of Electricity and Gas needed for SMAW and GTAW welding

Dear All,

fro accurate estimation of welding cost we need to know accurate cost of Electricity and inert gas required for Welding.

In case of SMAW we have only electricity used in Welding, definitely there is a rule of thumb " KWe needed to deposit Kg of Filler meter "

In case of GTAW, we need to know Electricity plus inert gas cost.

We can assume that KW cost is 0.30 USD per KW.

Please share your ideas and thoughts on this regard.
