Hi Pravin,
It is common fact that while using TG-X filler the slag will be there inside the pipe and it prevents the weld metal from oxidation and thats what it is know for. Removing slag is not possible by mechanical means, you may flush the line with water or steam before hydrotest. You may do industrial etching after consulting with your client.
