I believed the one you referred to was the obsoleted. There is new edition which categorized in 2 category only i.e. 3.1 & 3.2.

chemical & mechanical test as per relavant material specification.. In some cases supplementary test called in technical delivery condition also has to be witnessed by nominated third party inspector.
