Dear Bhavesh,
The 3.2 Certification requirements have to be agreement with Client as per the project requirement and this can be clearly identified in an Inspection Test Plan with all details. Basic: 1. The 3.2 Certification requires an external party to check, verify and produce a Certificate. 2) A full traceability of all records ie, MTCs, Lad Reports, Test Reports etc... shall be required and make sure that if there is any Client specific requirement then this too has to be put in the Quality/Test Plan.
I do not think that EN 10204:2004 states all the requirement for a 3.2 Certification but as a min. the chemical & mechanical property results shall be produced in Certificate.
Thanks & Regards
Vino-Doha
