Re: [MW:14649] 3.2 certification

Suppose Party A ( End User) gives Order of particular item (Example Pressure Vessel) to Party B (Turn Key Contractor)

Party B Gives Order to Party C (Sub Contractor, Mfg. of Pressure Vessel)

Party C gives order to Party D (Manufacturer of Fittings intended to be used in Pressure Vessel).

In this case can a party C inspection representative carry out required inspection at Party D ( Mfg.) and certify 3.2 certificate for a fittings?

Is it Posssible ?

Type 3.2 Inspection CertificateA document issued and validated by the manufacturer's independent and authorized inspection representative with an independent authorized representative of the purchaser and or third party inspector agency validation in accordance with the Specifications of the order.
