Hi,
Titanium has similar formability as austenitic stainless steel. Please see some texts on forming recommendations of Titanium, from RMI Titanium and Timet. Usually a reliable and forming shop should be chosen, a written procedure should be evaluated and if budget permits, a small forming mock up is advisable.
Thanks.
