Dear Hilman,

As per ASME VIII Div.2 clause 8.2.5 stated any leaks that are present, except for that leakage that may occur at temporary test closures for those openings intended for welded connections, shall be corrected and the vessel shall be retested.

So if your pressure vessel which repair area fully radiographed and the result is acceptable I think your vessel shall be retested.
