Hi The TC of your plate reveals that the C.E is 0.47. Any steel with C.E > 0.4, the weldabilty becomes difficult and requires preheat. The preheat temp. is missing in your parameter chart. I would suggest a min. preheat of 100 - 150 degrees Celcius before welding. Please try out and give feedback. Regards Prem Nautiyal
