[MW:14055] Re: crack in weld during fillet welding in E-450 grade plate

Dear Pawan,

Have u observed any distortion after welding? if yes,I think u have to
change SAW process to GMAW/SMAW .When u r welding on one side,other
side fillet weld may get cracked and this is due to sudden
soldification of high volume molten metal.

I am not sure about this and u may go with expert advice.
