My suggestions are as per following:
- Go with E310 type electrode.
- Use techniques which result in less dilution of the weld metal (by CS and 410).
- A 150-250 Deg preheat is recommended to avoid cracking of 410 (higher temp for higher thickness).
- Maintain minimum of 150 Deg inter-pass temperature.
- Apply PWHT to temper HAZ of 410 base metal (between 650-700 Deg for minimum of 30 minutes).
