RE: [MW:14072] RE: 14069] PWHT of a seam welded with rutile wire

It is a low alloy medium tensile steel welded with E81T1 flux cored tubular wire. Can generally the weld seams welded with this type of wires be stress releived? Is the any unforeseen issues on behind of it?

Rutile flux is used to weld mild steel and is very ductile so no PWHT is usually required. In what type of wire was it in,  and what type of steel was it used on?
