RE: [MW:14112] welding after hydrostaic test

Dear Mr.himan,
welding after pressure testing is not acceptable. Before hydro test the line clearance to be made which includes welding, repair welding if any, NDT clearance, PWHT and all other punch list related to welding. After hydro test, only painting and insulation could be carried out.
