Dear Team,

For one of our project , we have received the comments on cooler drawing as follows

 

APPLICATION OF "CIRCULAIRE N°2 OF  21st JULY 1993" FOR SHELL AND TUBE SIDES

APPLICATION OF "DECRET EXECUTIF N° 90-245 OF18 AUGUST1990" FOR SHELL SIDE

 

Any one of you aware of the precautions to be taken care in design with respect to above clause?

Does anyone have extract of the above guidelines?
