[MW:12535] Re: surface imperfections observed on Shell Surface of a Pressure Vessel

Dear Mr. Azad,

These are Markes generated during Rolling in Mill, Either Roller
embeded with scale or the Mill Scale rolled along with the plate
during rolling. Acceptance for these type of discontinuites depends
upon your Inspector/Client Code is not descrbing for sucg kind of
discontinuities.
