[MW:891] comparison between CP189 and Snt-TC-1A ( 2001editions)

Please see the attachment (contains highlights about the new 2006
edition, I understand you requirement of 2001 edition for BPV 2007
edition code stamp users)
What is ASNT CP-106-2007 (is it a replica of ISO9712)?

I am still not clear why CP 189 or CP106 are being published by ASNT
when SNT-TC-1A is simultaneously revised?
