Dear Friends,

We have to weld a Baffle plate of 10mm Thick inside an EQ. TEE (24'', 36'' & 42''). The thickness of the TEE is 9.53 mm and all the EQ. TEES are welded construction with 100% RT. The Baffle plate is welded in such a way that, it will block the one run side of the EQ. TEE. Now the welding of the Baffle plate, will it creates and problem as it intersect with EQ. TEE weld at some point. Can we have two welding at a same point? The Baffle plate is fillet welded. The working pressure is 1 bar.

Kindly advice me,

Thank you,

Regards,

Sabir
