Wrong,
you should read UCS-79 carefully. The HT is a function of P-No and extreme fiber elongation, and service conditions.
UCS is applicable for carbon steel materials
For high alloy (example stainless steel) pls refer to UHA-44
For enhanced ferritic steels pls read UHT-79.
