ASME II A, B,C has a table for each material and show tolerance CR 18-20, NI 11-14 ETC shall be in that range.

Hi,
PMI technique is by xrf, which is semi quantitative in nature. The standards refer to test methods which are accurate than PMI, hence those tolerances cannot be applied for PMI.
