Dear Experts,

We have observed a crack on a roller of material ZG35CrMo (34CrMo4). We want to do weld repair. Could you please advise the below;
1. Consumable to be used: Use E9018-B2
2. Preheat temperature: 150-200 Deg C & maintained during the welding.
3. Inter pass temperature: 250 Deg C max
4. Any post heating: No specific post heating required.
5. Final heat treatment temperature : U didnt specified the thickness & depth of the weld groove you will prepare for the repair. You can consider a temp of 725 Deg C for 2 hrs holding minimum. use a heating & cooling rate of 150 Deg C/ Hr and controlled heating-cooling above 350 Deg C.
6. Any special precautions?: Follow above instructions, it will be no issue.

Thanks & regards
