Materials shall contain the amount of
alloying elements specified in the
applicable ASME/ASTM specification.
Alloy materials, alloy castings and alloy
welding filler materials (tested in their
raw form or with the alternative described
in para. 5.7) shall be acceptable under this
procedure if each of the major alloy
elements is detected to have a value no
less than 10% below the minimum value
nor more than 10% above the maximum
value specified by the governing material
specification

According this your material is accepted
