The order of precedence is always the design/fabrication Code then Section IX.

Dear Group,

 

While qualifying a PQR as per ASME SEC IX for Process piping ASME B31.3, in WPS the thickness limit will be as per ASME SEC IX QW403.6  or we need to refer QW403.6 & ASME B31.3 Table T323.3.1 A-5.
