[MW:23313] Re: Reg:Longitudinal tensile and bend test

Dears,
What should be the limit for "MARKEDLY" difference for the different metals. For instance, 1st parent material ductility is 15%, the other base material is 23%.. than can we consider this difference as a "marked" difference and choose longitudinal bending as per QW 161.5?

1. I have a query regarding transverse bend test and longitudinal bend test mention in ASME sec.IX.
2.when to use these test  for procedure qualification.
