Dear All,
Need your guidance on subjected qualification requirement,
I have following material,
1) 3mm thickness (SS304)
2) M6 Hex weld nut (SS304)
We need to do qualification as per EN 15614-12 for projection welding.
So i want to know following,
1) Welding Parameter for 3 mm thick sheet
2) Testing requirement for projection welding (WPQR).
3) Do we need to weld nut with the sheet as same as production?
or sheet to sheet will be ok ?
Thank you
Vijay Katkar
