Hi ABHISHEK,

ESSC fluxes are high integrity fluxes.Occurrences of defects would not be very common.Pinhole may occur due multiple reasons
What's the Strip+Flux combination being used and welding parameters being used. What's the magnetic stirring parameters, recommended by the consumable flux manufactures. Nickel based alloys are intolerant to surface contaminants. I hope cleaning of the surfaces are done properly.

Appreciate your responses.

Thanks.
