Dear Mohit,

                   When you etch them with any reagent, all the layers get etched differentially. You may observe the microstructures using portable microscope or take a replica of the microstructure and observe in lab metallurgical microscope.

Aquaregia= Nitric acid + Hydrochloric acid (3:1) + Glycerol

10% Oxalic Acid = 100ml distilled water + 10gm Oxalic acid

If you are within GCC, we can help in this regard.

Thanks for your reply  but I want to share that there is buttering of Inconel on SS 304L  that actually I want to differentiate then I will have mix these solutions and how I can apply individually to materials.
