Dear All,
I have tank settlement values of a tank which has been in service for 15 years. I need to draw a graphical representation of the settlement to evaluate max settlement as per the clause B.2.2.1 in API 653. Also I have all the data of the tank.
As per the current settlement reading I could draw fit curve, but I need to draw standard cosine curve which I can't understand how to do.
Please note I need not required any previous settlement reading as per the API 653.
Conclusion can any one explain how to draw it?
