Yes

with supporting PQR of A and B you can make WPS to weld by combination of GTAW +FCAW on 1.5 to  200thk base metal / plate of P4 material However weld metal thk of each process depends upon the weld thickness  qualified on PQR  i.e. a)If GTAW weld metal thk is less than 19mm in PQR B you can weld up to 2t, if more than 19mm, you can weld  up to 200mm of GTAW b) In case of FCAW the condition of Weld thk is same as (a)

I presume that the WPS to be made for Non Impact weldment
