If it is done as per sec. IX of ASME, you will find sample formats of WPS, PQR & WPQ for both welding and
brazing processes at the end of the code book. It is same with other codes also.
Pl. go through the details and make a draft documentation initially. Once you start writing, you will come across
lots of doubts and the clarifications are available in the code itself through all the 4 articles.
But, please refer to the latest edition of the code you are following
