[MW:19307] Upper limit of Soaking Temperature clarification for Sec. VIII Div 1

Dear Sir,

I have qualified WPS of P5 to P5 material as per B 31.3. can I use it for ASME Sec VIII Div. 1 vessel(Same Thk, material & welding process)? Because in Sec VIII it show only 675 °C Min. what is upper limit for soaking temperature.
