Dear jainul,

for PQR qualification 2 tensile+2 face bend + 2 root bend require

for speciment size you can refer 462.1C for tensile and 462.3B for root and face bend.

regarding imapct requirement since B444 is suitable for use upto -198C and as per B31.3, 323.2.2,A6(a) and A6(b) impact test is not require for temperature you have mentioned -28C to 37C.
