[MW:19383] Inconel repair

Dear Experts,

Material : Inconel  ( Ni: 31-34 %, Cr: 19-21%, Nb 8 - 10%)

Opearting Temeprature:  840 deg.C
Pressure   :  20 bar
Fluid : Methane reformed gas
Service:  Non sour

The  header pipe is 10" and  weleded with 28 weldelets of  welded on the head pipe as branch connetions.  After almost 6 years of service, cracks are noticed almost on all the weld toes.

Initially these joints are welded by GTAW process by using ERNiCrCoMo-1.  No PWHT.

Now one of expert has advised to remove all cracks by grinding, followed by DP,  Then solution annealing at 1100-1150 deg C for 3 hours and welded by ER NiCrMo3 after solution annealing.

Please advise whether it is correct.
Can ER NiCrMo3  have resistance to 840 deg. C

Please give suggestions for repair

Regards

Venkat
