[MW:19329] Re: after normalizing dish end weld buildup

Dear Vijay,

First of all you have to do stress re-leaving not normalizing, if you have done normalizing you have to put a test coupon to re verify mechanical properties. 
Then You can do welding if You are going to do Stress Re leaving of full vessel.
If Dish end normalized  and you are going to weld some nozzle on that stress will develop adjacent to weld that stress to be removed.
