Dear All,

We have a PQR in which we did all the mechanical testing as per the
requirement of Sec IX.We would like to add some additional hardness
and impact test result to the same PQR.I have referred the code Para.
QW-200.2 which states that

"additional information can be incorporated into a PQR at a later
date provided the information is substantiated as having been of the
original qualification condition by lab record or similar data"

Can anyone tell me what are the documents to be added to the original
PQR to satisfy the code requirement.
