Yes you can add the mechanical test reports as separate sheets as attachments and revise your procedure qualificaiton record with the addition of the impact & hardness values.

"additional information can be incorporated into a PQR at a later

original qualification condition by lab record or similar data"
Can anyone tell me what are the documents to be added to the original
PQR to satisfy the code requirement.
