[MW:13488] RE: 13478] Additional information into a PQR

The Code is non-specific.

You might also want to read Interpretation IX-07-08 regarding the
addition of non-Code required data. It is my opinion that you do not
need to append additional substantiating information to the PQR. That
said, you would be wise to retain the substantiating data so that you
can show any auditor(s) that the 2nd set of test conditions were
identical with respect to essential variables from the first test (and
supplementary essential variables if applicable).

Subject: [MW:13478] Additional information into a PQR

Dear All,

We have a PQR in which we did all the mechanical testing as per the
requirement of Sec IX.We would like to add some additional hardness and
impact test result to the same PQR.I have referred the code Para.
QW-200.2 which states that

"additional information can be incorporated into a PQR at a later date
provided the information is substantiated as having been of the original
qualification condition by lab record or similar data"

Can anyone tell me what are the documents to be added to the original
PQR to satisfy the code requirement.

Rins.
