[MW:13518] Please help me to make PQR for Stud welding

Dear friends 

we have to make PQR for stub welding ,according ASME-Sec-IX.i gone throw  sec IX i have some doubt regarding testing .

1.Stub-weld bend jig means ,how much angle we need to bend ??

2.Torque testing arrangement for  stub welds,how much torque we have to apply??

3.Tensile test when it applicable ??
