According to interpretation below could you please explain why the
answer is "No". In my understanding WPS has change only time range but
doesn't change in the temperature(logic "and" mean change both time
and temperature).
In SEC IX QW-407.2 state that "A change in the postweld heat
treatment (see QW-407.1) temperature and time range"
