[MW:13535] wELDING CONSUMABLES for BSEN 10025 - 355 JO and HT 12.9.9 grade bolt

Dear friends ,

Greetings to all.

I have to weld 355 JO of 50mm thickness plate with high tension round bar of 32
diameter of 12.9 grade.

Please note that already I have one PQR for API grade 65 which was qualified with
E8018G electrodes. Whether it is suitable to weld or new PQR has to be established?
Which electrode will be suitable to weld 355JO of 50mm thickness with 12.9grade HT
round bar of 32mm thickness?

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
