[MW:13497] Re: Pre-heating for cutting

according to ASME sec IX this material falls in 'P' No 1 : you can see
if material to be welded have carbon content more then 0.3% or its
thickness is more then 25 mm it should be preheated 79 degree C in any
other case min temp for welding is 10 deg C i.e no need of pre
heating.REf ASME Sec VIII Div 1 (2010) Non mandatory appendix R. You
can see table UCS-56 of same sec for PWHT.
