Hello Shammugam,

 

If the project for downstream refining components, then requirements of MR-0103-2010 need to be followed.

 

Additionally requirements of  8X194-2006-Materials and Fabrication Practices for New Pressure Vessels Used in Wet H2S Refinery Service could be applicable also.

 

What're the NACE standards mandated by the project specification.

 

There no single requirement  for sour  refinery service. One has to look at all the pros and cons.

material: SA 516 Gr 60,22thk plates 

 Welding:E 7018+NACE+HIC

Dish Ends:Elliptical 2:1

Pls kindly advice me on the things that has to be followed during fabrication.What is 2:1 Elliptical dish end. pls kindly advice me.
