Yes you can use . but cost will be more and as per yuour Project
specification and B 31.3 you can use . no problem.

Dear all,
As per Material Specification (PMS) provided the materials 4"#150 SORF
& IS-1239 pipe but In this material shortage it is possible to be
placed 4" WNRF flange same class for Fire water service pie line, Which
is acceptable as per standards. Pls. guide me in this issue.
