[MW:7272] RE: 7267] difference between E7018 and E7018-1

7018-1 has better impact properties compared to 7018. IN general 7018
electrodes should pass through CVN at -29 degrees with min 27J whereas
7018-1 the CVN values are tested at -46 degrees and min 27J
