Generally after barrier layer with SS309LMo we have got more than 10 %
ferrite but with following condition mentioned below i have got
ferrite content in between 1.8 ~ 3.8 FN.
Process : FCAW
Layer : Barrier Layer
Consumable : E309MoLT0-1
Gas : Argon(80%) + CO2 (20%)
Current : 200 - 215 Amp
Voltage : 30 - 32
Speed : 250 mm/min.
Kindly share what should be the reason behind the same.
