Dear Azad..
Baking & drying is required for the basic electrodes like E 7018 to reduce the hydrogen content in the deposited weld metal. If you are not doing any baking there by you are improving the condition for hydrogen cracking the weld metal.
You have mentioned that you are using E 7018 for the angle bar welding .. normally for structural purpose you can proceed with rutile electrodes like E 6013 which needs to be dried only.
