please provide the sketch showing arrangement during welding. Also indicate the area where the dimensions are going out. So that people from the group can understand your problem and answer

Anticipating this problem we have press  fit the components and made
the arrangements for rapid cooling but still this has happened
Now we need to manufacture 10 more flanged connection of the same
type
what precautions should be taken
The welding is done by GTAW 5mm thk fillet all over 5%thoriated 3mm
rod with filler ss 316L 2,5thk current 180Amps inside welding was
fused where as for out side welding filler was given
